2018 RATES

We prefer a very simple rate structure, and find that our guests do, too. Our prices are in U.S. dollars, and are all-inclusive. Your rental fee includes lodging for up to 8 individuals, 2 hours of daily maid service, and use of all the house has to offer. The minimum rental period is one week; additional days can be added pending availability based on a proration of the weekly rate. Should you like, you can add additional maid service (for personal laundry, for example), cooking, and babysitting for €10/hr payable directly to our staff. This can be arranged through our house manager in advance or during your stay.

HIGH SEASON: JULY 1 - AUGUST 31: $4500/WEEK

SHOULDER SEASON: MAY 1- JUNE 31, SEPTEMBER 1- OCTOBER 31: $3750/week

QUIET SEASON: NOVEMBER 1- APRIL 30: $3000/week
